cross country

Kia Ora in Te ngahere we have been practising for cross country. On Monday we started running two laps around the school feld and my time was 9.13 the next day we did the same but this time my time was 8.45. The next week we started to run three laps and my time was 7.50 and the next week we had to run 5 laps and my time was 23.25 the next day what is today my time was 22.40. What I can improve on is never give up and to push yourself even if your not good at running.

  2. hey there Emma my name is Florence I am a year student at Kawakawa Primary School. I really like how you have blogged about your cross country training, I also like how you put down your time another thing is how you had put down what you can improve on and yes it is important to never gibe up and believe in yourself. something that you could do is maybe add photos of yous training but other that that I find you really encouraging towards others.
